Dagardi Village and Kayrat Valley

Located 1,700 meters above sea level in the east of Kayseri, this ancient village impresses with its stone houses and well-preserved architecture.

While the village's population increases during the summer months, in winter only 4-5 houses have chimneys smoking.

The school in the village is in a dilapidated state as it has not been used for a long time.

Dağardı Village is quite close to Güllüce Village, and the main road passes through the village.

After visiting Dağardı Village, we are going to visit Kayratın Valley, located between Güllüce and Bünyan.

A thin stream flows through the valley, and the valley floor is wetland, giving the impression that you could reach water by digging a meter or two.

The valley is bordered on both sides by interestingly shaped rocks and has numerous sources of drinking water.

We considered it an ideal location for an unforgettable camping experience, especially during the spring and summer months.
