Tied Kokoreç
The taste of the kokoreç I ate at Bağlı Kokoreç, located in the industrial zone of Tavas district in Denizli, is still lingering in my mouth.
Kokoreç, made from fresh lamb intestines, is prepared without vegetables. The kokoreç master takes a firm stance, stating that there are no vegetables in kokoreç.
The bread used for the kokoreç, which is sold for 5 TL for a quarter and 9 TL for a half, is neither too hard nor too soft, and the inside has been removed, thus making the kokoreç as a whole truly wonderful.
If you go when you have time, ask for it served on a plate without the sandwich; you'll be delighted.
